いよいよスノープランナー拡張のクラウドファンディングが始まります。
9月27日13時から10月15日13時まで、20日にも満たない短い期間になりますがどうぞよろしくお願いします。
さて、本記事ではスノープランナーの拡張ゲーム「ニューシーズン」でゲーム内容がどのように変わるかをご紹介して参ります。
Kickstarterでは特殊ダイスや木駒、ダブルレイヤーボードやビッグボックス等とても素敵なアートのコンポーネントが見られますがここでは割愛しますので、そちらもぜひご覧ください。

■スノープランナーの拡張での追加要素
①評判トラックと新しいプロジェクトカード
まずは基本と切り替わったプロジェクトカードと、基本のゲレンデボードの上に装着されたゲストボードでしょう。
拡張ゲームを導入することで、ゲストカードを自分のホテルへ招いた時に、そのカラーのゲストからの評判が上がります。（画像上部の☆）
また、プロジェクトカードを手に入れることで新しいアイコンを手に入れられ、☆とこの新しいアイコンの掛け算でゲーム終了時に得点を得られるようになりました。
→これによって、「同じ色のゲストカードを多く呼ぶことで評判を集中してあげ、同じ色のプロジェクトカードを集める」といった、新しい得点ルートが生まれました。
これによって従来までのルートとは全く別の戦略が産まれることになります。
加えて、プロジェクトカードの裏面にはホテルに配置していた「窓」窓を配置することができます。これによって自分のホテルが9マス埋まった後も新しい窓を獲得することが戦略に影響する上、より選択肢が多岐にわたることになります。
②新しいタイプのゲストカード「パートナー」
ゲストカードに新しい色が追加されます。今度は紫です。普通のゲストカードと違い、得点を生みませんがその分多くのリソースや時には窓を与えてくれます。連泊条件も一般的なゲストカードのように窓ではなく条件も多彩なので、より視野を広く計画を建てることが求められます。パートナーがゲームに加わることで序盤がより活発に動けるようになります。
③公共事業ボード
ゲームに中間目標をもたらし、より序盤から中盤にかけてのプレイヤー間の競争を激化させます。
④新しい個人能力と新しいイベントカード
10通りあった個人能力が拡張版では更に4種類追加！新しいコンポーネントを持つタレントカード等も含まれます。元々70種類以上あったイベントカードも新たに40種類以上追加し、110種類を超え一度のゲームではすべてを見ることは難しいでしょう。何度遊んでも違った展開を楽しめるリプレイ性の高いゲームとなります。
⑤スノーマン
マスコットではなく、上級ルールとして導入できるささやかなモジュールです。
これらの①～⑤以外にも細かな調整や変更はありますが、拡張を導入することでスノープランナーはより悩ましく挑戦的な遊びごたえのあるゲームになります。以下のブログでも紹介してくださってるのでぜひご覧ください！

The crowdfunding for the Snow Planner expansion is finally starting! It will run from September 27th at 1 PM to October 15th at 1 PM, a short period of less than 20 days, so we appreciate your support.
In this article, I will introduce how the gameplay of the Snow Planner expansion, "New Season," will change. While you can see beautiful components such as special dice, wooden pieces, double-layer boards, and big boxes on Kickstarter, I will not cover those details here, so please be sure to check them out!

■Additional elements in the Snow Planner expansion
①Reputation Track and New Project Cards
Additionally, the back of the project cards allows you to place "windows" in your hotel. This means that even after filling your hotel with 9 spaces, acquiring new windows will impact your strategy and provide you with a wider range of options.
②A new type of guest card: "Partner"
New colors will be added to the guest cards, introducing purple this time. Unlike regular guest cards, these do not generate points, but they provide more resources and sometimes windows instead. The conditions for extended stays are also diverse, differing from the typical guest cards that rely on windows, requiring players to plan more broadly and strategically. With the addition of partners to the game, the early stages will see more dynamic movement.
③Public Works Board
It introduces intermediate goals to the game, intensifying competition among players from the early to mid-game stages.
④ New Personal Abilities and New Event Cards
There are 4 additional personal abilities added to the original 10 in the expansion! This also includes talent cards with new components. Additionally, over 40 new event cards have been added to the already existing 70+, bringing the total to over 110. It will be challenging to see all of them in a single game, making it a highly replayable game where you can enjoy different developments every time you play.
⑤Snowman
It's a small module that can be introduced as advanced rules, rather than being a mascot.
In addition to these points ① to ⑤, there are also various adjustments and changes, but by introducing the expansion, Snow Planner becomes a more thought-provoking and challenging game to play. Please refer to the blog below for more information.
Lastly, Snow Planner will be showcased at the board game festival "Essen Spiel," which will be held in early October in Germany, at the Engames booth. I'm also heading to Germany for the first time in my life, and I hope to share my experiences from there eventually.
