We have received reports from some of our overseas customers that they are unable to use their credit cards. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Upon checking with the website operator, it was confirmed that credit cards issued outside Japan cannot be used for pre-order sales. We regret not foreseeing this issue and understand the concern it may have caused.

It appears that bank transfers or credit cards issued in Japan can be used successfully.

As a special measure, we are planning to open another sales channel exclusively for overseas customers before shipping begins.  PayPal and Amazon Pay will be available during regular sales.

• For those whose payments were successfully processed, no further action is required, and you can wait for your order as usual.
• For those who were unable to complete their purchase, please check the new sales channel once it is available.

We aim to open this channel around the mid-February. We kindly ask you to keep an eye on updates through Kickstarter, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, or other platforms.
