実際の配送はまだ開始しておりません。

特に豪華コンポーネントの製造が遅延していると工場より報告を受けていて

実際の配送開始は4月中を見込んでおります。

At the moment, shipping is delayed due to ongoing production delays.

As mentioned in that email, the message was sent because we began preparing for fulfillment — however, actual shipping has not yet begun.

We’ve received a report from the factory that the Deluxe Components are particularly delayed in production.
As a result, we currently expect shipping to begin sometime within April.
