1.配送開始
本日はついに配送開始のお知らせです！先ほど皆様全てへの発送が開始いたしました。国内は一両日中に到着予定となります。

日本国内の方→1週間以内に到着しない場合はご連絡ください。

海外の方→2か月以内に到着しない場合はご連絡ください。商品到着前に追跡番号が知りたいという方はご連絡ください。

また、製品到着後コンポーネントの不足や傷等がありましたらご連絡ください。迅速に対応させて頂きます。

1.Shipping Has Officially Begun!
We’re excited to announce that shipping has officially started! All shipments for backers have now been dispatched.
Domestic orders (Japan) should arrive within a day or two. If you submitted your survey later, your shipment will follow shortly thereafter.

For backers in Japan:
If your package does not arrive within one week, please contact us.

For international backers:
If your package does not arrive within two months, please get in touch.
If you'd like to receive your tracking number before your package arrives, feel free to message us directly on Kickstarter.

Also, if you find any missing or damaged components upon receiving your game, please let us know. We’ll respond promptly to resolve the issue.
We recommend using Kickstarter’s message function for inquiries — this allows us to skip the identity and address confirmation process.

2.関税について
特にアメリカにお住まいの方には関税の影響があるかと思いますので以下に記載させて頂きます。

◆関税金額について
特に米国について、配送パートナーと確認を行いました。
近日業界を騒がせている中国生産の製品を米国に送る場合の最終的な「関税」金額は各国の税関での判断になるため、必ずこの金額になるということはお約束できないようです。今回の製品は中国産ではありますが、日本から配送を行うので関税が全くかからない場合もあるようです。

関税が発生する場合は最大で「1個あたり$25」というのが概算になるかと思います。こちらの金額を税関へお支払い頂く形になるのですが、許容できないという方がいらっしゃいましたら受取を拒否して頂くことも可能です。その場合はご連絡を頂きましたら一部返金処理を行わせて頂きますのでKickstarter上でご連絡ください。

なお、倉庫で保管し配送を送らせて様子を見ることも検討いたしましたが、6月以降は更に関税が上がる場合もありますため、今回の発送は予定通り行わせていただきます。


◆関税の通知タイミングと支払い方法
今回の場合は受取時に現金またはクレジットカードで支払います。
国によって、配達員に現金で支払ったり課税通知書と一緒に荷物を送付され、その場で支払ったりできます。

今回の海外配送はUPS様で行います。
米国の場合は少額でも現金支払いは不可なようです。
対面の場合はCheckかMoney Orderになります。またICODというサービスがあり、通関許可になったタイミングで送り状作成時に入力した携帯番号などにテキストが送付されます。テキスト内にリンクがあり、そこからCredit cardやPaypalで支払いが可能です。

2.About Customs Duties

This section is especially relevant for backers residing in the United States, as your shipment may be affected by import duties.

◆ Regarding Customs Charges
We’ve confirmed details with our shipping partner, especially concerning the U.S.
Due to recent changes affecting products manufactured in China, the final customs duty amount will ultimately be determined by your local customs office. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a fixed fee in advance.
While this product is made in China, it is being shipped from Japan, so in some cases, no customs duty may be applied at all.

If duties are charged, a rough estimate would be up to $25 per unit. This amount would need to be paid directly to your country’s customs office.
If you find this charge unacceptable, you may refuse the delivery. In that case, please contact us via Kickstarter, and we’ll process a partial refund.

We did consider storing the products in a warehouse and delaying shipment, but since U.S. customs rates may increase again after June, we’ve decided to proceed with shipping as scheduled.

◆ When and How Duties Are Paid
In this case, duties (if any) will be collected at the time of delivery, either in cash or by credit card, depending on your country.

This international shipment is being handled by UPS.
For U.S. backers, note that cash payments are not accepted, even for small amounts.
If you are paying in person, you may be required to use a check or money order.
UPS also uses a service called ICOD. Once your package clears customs, a text message will be sent to the phone number you entered in the survey. The message will include a payment link where you can pay online via credit card or PayPal.

Please make sure to check for a text message at the number you provided in the site, as it will contain your payment instructions.

Bigboxへの収納方法例や豪華コンポーネントについて紹介するファイルを作成いたしましたのでご覧ください。FAQと同じ場所に格納しております。ハードスリーブにカードを入れても収納可能で全ての拡張を同時に１つの箱にまとめることができます。
 

5.Big Box Storage Guide & Deluxe Components Overview

We've created a reference file introducing examples of how to store everything in the Big Box, including the deluxe components.
You can find it in the same location as the FAQ.

Even with cards sleeved in hard sleeves, everything fits, and you're able to store all expansions together in a single box.

6.今後について
スノープランナーはKickstarterご支援者様の元への配送を終えた後、日本で一般販売も開始する予定です。それに先行して、ゲームマーケットでの販売も行う予定ですので協力モードや豪華コンポーネントを手に入れたくなった場合はぜひそちらにもご注目頂ければ幸いです。XやInstagram,このアップデート欄にてご紹介していく予定です。

ただ、BigBoxについてはKickstarter限定でしたので今後一般販売の予定はございません。今後別の新しいKickstarterプロジェクトを行う場合、再販を行う可能性はございます。

6.What’s Next

After fulfillment for Kickstarter backers is complete, we plan to begin general sales of Snow Planner in Japan.
Ahead of that, the game will be available at Tokyo Game Market, so if you're interested in picking up the Co-op Mode or Deluxe Components, please keep an eye out!
We’ll share updates on X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and in this Kickstarter update section.

Please note: the Big Box was a Kickstarter exclusive and will not be available through regular retail channels.
However, we may consider a reprint if we launch a new Kickstarter project in the future.
